Fish Vet Group’s diagnostic & laboratory services include:

• Histopathology
  We provide an experienced histopathological diagnostic service for the investigation and diagnosis of disease in farmed, aquarium and wild fish.

• Bacteriology
  We are able to perform in-house culture and identification of bacterial fish pathogens.

• Investigation of ‘harmful blooms’
  Samples of plankton and jellyfish can be submitted to Fish Vet Group for identification, quantification and advice. 

• Radiology
  We can undertake screening for skeletal deformities in fish stocks at critical periods of their development.

• Ultrasonography
  We offer a non-invasive method of sex determination in a variety of fish.
